移除“加载邮箱”过渡文案
- 刷新邮箱页面时，邮箱选择器从第一帧开始显示“全部邮箱”。
- 邮箱列表在后台加载，不再显示不存在的“加载邮箱...”状态。
- 接口确认当前账号没有邮箱后，选择器才显示“未注册邮箱”。
验证
- 已通过前端 TypeScript 检查、生产构建和 shadcn/ui 检查。
