- 新增 `.github/ai-review.md` 与 `.ai-reviewignore`，用于约束 AI 审查规则和忽略生成产物。 - 新增 `.github/workflows/ai-pr-review.yml`，在 PR 上自动运行 AI 审查并支持按配置跳过。 - 调整 `.github/workflows/docker.yml`，将 PR 触发范围收敛到 `main` 分支。
